We are looking for fresh graduates who want to build a career in the WordPress industry. You’ll get the opportunity to work closely with our WordPress developers and gain deep knowledge about WordPress core, plugins, PHP, and JavaScript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review, debug and respond to technical support requests
  • Assist in the development of new support solutions and maintain existing solutions
  • Create, review, and update technical documentation
  • Test WordPress Plugins to find bugs, and issues and report to our development team.

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent writing and communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of WordPress, plugins, and how the ecosystem works with its opportunities and limitations.
  • Basic understanding of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Git would be a plus point.
  • Dedicated to responsibility, a real self-motivator, and a team player.
  • Great attention to detail, and highly organized.
  • A positive and upbeat attitude with the ability to learn quickly.

Salary Range:

Up to 15,000 BDT (for the intern period, maximum 3 months. Then we’ll review the salary for the full-time position).
